Lead Advisor
A distinguished oil and gas executive with over 25 years of leadership in downstream projects and energy infrastructure development. Based in India, also active across Nigeria and Africa, he has driven multimillion-dollar initiatives, He has successfully delivered green energy transition initiatives, including CNG/LNG infrastructure, pipeline networks, and CBG EPC Projects from feasibility studies till integrated dispensing of gas , downstream network expansions, with a strong presence in Nigeria, Tanzania, DR Congo, Uganda and India. Known for strategic leadership, technical depth, and innovation. Technical Expertise on CBG Gas Digestor constructions & Gas separation technologies, including compression and storage, processing, and utilization. CBG project development, including feasibility studies, project planning, and implementation. commissioned more than 250+ stations, terminals, gas networks & other projects. Nitin, has led teams of 200+ professionals, secured multi-million dollar investments, and driven operational excellence in both public and private sector projects. He is the product of One of the premium engineering College Walchand Engineering College with an executive certificate from IIM Calcutta, he continues to pioneer sustainable energy solutions across emerging markets.

Vamshi K Velide
Vamshi K Velide is a visionary entrepreneur committed to transforming India’s organic waste into clean, sustainable energy. Growing up in a rural, agriculture-driven region, Mr. Velide recognized early on the untapped potential of agricultural and animal waste. With a background in Agriculture, Mr. Velide launched Joules Vault to produce Bio-CNG, Bio-LNG, and Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) using cutting-edge anaerobic digestion and purification technologies.
Despite early challenges, Vamshi K Velide built strong partnerships with farmers, cooperatives, and policy-makers, creating an ecosystem that now powers industries, transportation, and urban gas networks across India. Today, under Mr. Velide leadership, the company not only reduces emissions and fossil fuel dependence but also drives rural employment, improves farmer incomes, and promotes a circular economy.

Manoj Kumar Vemparala is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Joules Vault, a pioneering clean energy company at the forefront of innovation in Bio-CNG, Bio-LNG, and Compressed Biogas (CBG). With a strong foundation in strategic finance,AI data-driven leadership, and sustainable innovation, Mr. Vemparala plays a central role in scaling climate-resilient infrastructure and financing green energy transitions across India.
He began his career in the Data & Analytics sector, where he developed deep expertise in financial operations, systems thinking, and the complexities of business analysis delivery. He later moved into the venture capital and impact investment space, supporting high-growth startups and purpose-led enterprises—developing a nuanced understanding of sustainable business models, capital structuring, and investment strategy.
A strong proponent of Artificial Intelligence and intelligent data systems, Mr. Vemparala has been instrumental in integrating AI-driven data management platforms across the financial and operational workflows at Joules Vault. Under his leadership, the company has adopted AI for real-time financial analytics, predictive energy output modeling, ESG compliance tracking, and smart waste-to-energy optimization. He continues to champion the use of AI to transform how clean energy startups manage risk, scale operations, and drive measurable impact.
Mr. Vemparala believes that AI-powered data intelligence is critical to the success of modern businesses—particularly in sectors like energy, waste management, and infrastructure. He has led initiatives to build automated data governance frameworks, implement AI-based forecasting tools, and ensure data transparency and traceability for both regulatory compliance and investor confidence.
At Joules Vault, he oversees financial strategy, capital raising, and governance, ensuring the company’s long-term economic viability while advancing its mission to turn waste into fuel and build a cleaner, data-smart India.
