Efficient Biogas Production from Sugarcane Press Mud

Processes 40,000 tons of press mud from sugarcane mills, generating 3,500 Nm³/h of CBG. Feedstock is stored in sealed pits to maintain moisture and prevent degradation, supporting efficient anaerobic digestion.

Our state-of-the-art CBG plant processes 40,000 tons of press mud annually, a byproduct from sugarcane mills, and generates an impressive 3,500 Nm³/h of Compressed Biogas (CBG).
To ensure optimal gas yield, the press mud is stored in sealed pits, preserving its moisture content and preventing degradation—a critical step for maintaining feedstock quality and maximizing anaerobic digestion efficiency.
